Picnic in the Park is a ficticious annual fundraising event for the non-profit organization Make-A-Wish. The event invites families to join a picnic for an entrance fee, where families can enjoy food, activities, events, and more. The branding emphasizes a fun, yet down-to-earth atmosphere.

The revamp of the Make-A-Wish logo for this event refreshes the brand while also giving the event its own identity. Influenced by Stephen Frykholm's poster style, I opted for a typeface that was popular in the 1960s/70s and had a more vintage feel.
The brand's illustrative style, also inspired by Stephen Frykholm's posters, makes the brand appealing to a wide audience of adults and children. It can become playful, yet minimalistic.
